Strategic Planning
Yotam helps groups achieve their goals by getting clear on their purpose, prioritizing, and making strong plans and structures; he pushes groups to make real, hard choices so they can best leverage their potential toward their goals.
Group Dynamics
Yotam supports folks to build deep and trusting relationships by working through underlying tensions, giving and receiving feedback, and paying attention to the ways leadership and power are playing out in the group, often in terms of race, class, and gender.
Generative Conflict
Yotam moves toward tension instead of away from it, because the capacity to engage head-on with conflict in a healthy way is necessary both to develop good strategy and to build strong, healthy teams capable of carrying it out; he is adept at supporting people to find and dig into the real disagreements and tensions before them, as well as see one another more fully through it.
Mediation
Groups invite Yotam to support them through live conflicts - about their relationships, working dynamics, and issues around leadership, power, race, class, gender, and more - with full teams, as well as smaller groups or pairs.
Long-term Support + Coaching
Yotam often has the privilege of supporting groups over many years, facilitating their team and strategy retreats regularly, and as a result has developed hundreds of young leaders over time, coaching them to reach their fullest potential.
Political Education
Whether by leading experiential political education, or supporting groups to reflect liberatory values and politics in theirstrategy and group work, Yotam sees his work as a contribution to building movements that are deep, broad, fierce, and powerful.
