So what do we do when the world is ending? The same things that so many of the giants on whose shoulders we stand did when their worlds were ending. We choose to face our despair — to walk towards it and through it — choose to take action, choose to build movements.

Winning is going to demand building an ecosystem of groups that are strong and healthy — groups that are here for the long haul. What follows is some tips to help build and maintain those types of organizations in these times.

Our opposition has a strategy, and the stakes are high. We need to face our conflict avoidance in order to build the kind of movement that can win the world we all deserve.
